Through powerful metaphors of desert water, counterfeit money, and custom "pocket Jesus" figurines, he emphasized that only by knowing Scripture and being part of Christ's body can believers recognize imposters and experience the transformative power of the authentic Christ revealed in Colossians 1:15-22.
